Chia Recipes - Easy Raw RecipesToday we are going to make a really easy ( and one of my favourite ) Chia Recipes that is also an easy raw recipe. It is a Raw spiced Chia and Vanilla Pudding that is just delicious

Accompany with some fresh berries and you have a serious super-food dish! Chia seeds are high in fiber, protein and healthy fats.

Chia seeds expand to up to 9 x the fluid of their original size so they keep you full which is perfect for weight loss and curving sugar cravings . It is one of the easiest Chia Recipes that you can make and it only takes about 2 minutes!

Ingredients for the Raw Spiced Chia and Vanilla Pudding Recipe


1/2 Cup of Chia seeds
2 Cups of Almond Milk
1 tablespoon of vanilla
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of agave or honey
Fresh Berries

Mix all ingredients except for the berries and let sit . It will expand and turn into a pudding within about 10 minutes, You can now pop in the fridge to chill or serve immediately. Top with fresh berries and your good to go. Enjoy your yummy Chia Recipes!
